Generally our sessions run for between 45 minutes and an hour an a half, depending on the age of the children, number of guests, number of items being made, how decisive the kids choose their beads, and their hand-eye coordination in terms of how easily and quickly they thread up their designs.

Unfortunately we do not allow food to be brought in store as it can interfere with the beading process and contaminate our beading materials.

You are welcome to bring a birthday cake in store and blow out the candles here, but we ask that the pieces of cake get taken away as the guests leave.

Often we find that there aren’t many differences between jewellery and accessories made by boys and girls! We have a large range of beads in many different colours and sizes for the kids to choose between, and have some traditionally more ‘masculine’ beads too.

We suggest that our parties are best for school aged children (5+). On request we can arrange different options for 4 year olds with parental supervision.

For teens and adults birthday parties we recommend following the guidelines for our open workshops, but we are happy to discuss set-cost bookings to cater towards your group.

We can accommodate up to 12 guests per party at a time during our opening hours, and up to 26 guests for private function bookings outside of our opening hours. There is no minimum number of guests.
