Learn how to create and decorate your own Matariki star, turning it into a decoration, wall hanging, keychain or something else! In this 2 hour long workshop you will learn how to shape and densely felt your star, choosing from a wide range of shapes and colours, and learning how to decorate your star with wool or beads.
You'll learn techniques to layer, blend and sculpt colourful wool fibres to create depth, and have the option to add finer details into your felted star.
Suitable for ages 12+ - Open to teens and adults, and rest assured, needle felting is very-beginner friendly!
